Real Life and PSA 🗣️

I love being real every now and again - because we should learn from each other.

I have been suffering so many migraines lately. They have been quite debilitating.
I know I need to be adjusted more regularly and that would help a lot, but as always, time isn’t on my side - I am a really busy mum of 2 very sport obsessed boys (1 is Autistic so that comes with a part time school program 😬).
Anyway, you get it, I am busy 🤪

Last week I made time to see the optometrist to get my eye balls sorted, and I also booked an appointment for MYSELF with our receptionist Kim!

Fast forward to this afternoon - I actually had my appointment!!
It was 75 minutes of massage & reiki with a bit of sound healing, also Kim and I just hung out before and afterwards.

We all forget ourselves at times. And this afternoon my cup is full. I am proud of myself for doing it. I am proud of Fi and I for employing someone as talented as Kim 🤪🙌🏻😂
And I cherished the girl chat hang ✌🏻

I’ll be buying “Kim gift vouchers” for the upcoming loved ones birthdays for a while 😉
Thank you so much beautiful Kim you deserve to be shared with everyone!

A couple of weeks ago Dr Ness took a breath work class at a fundraiser, where were raising money for to go towards cancer treatment research.

It was both Fiona & Jodie’s first experience with this type of class! Breathing can be hard - it was a great experience and we really want Ness to run some classes in our clinic 🥰🧘‍♀️🧘🫁😮‍💨
