Big brains, big learning, and a whole lot of curiosity 🧠

Dr Nyree and Dr Scott Wustenberg jumped on a Zoom with Fiona to deep dive into her Organic Acids Test: analysing results, connecting the dots, and uncovering what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Even better? Dr Nyree took this as an opportunity to level up her skills and learn how to interpret these tests more deeply 👏🏼

Huge congratulations to Mav, Jodie’s son, on achieving BMX ‘7A’ 💚
That means he’s officially ranked 7th fastest in Australia for his age group — an incredible effort after racing against 70 of the country’s best riders over the holidays. Making it all the way to the final and crossing the line in 7th is something to be seriously proud of!

It wasn’t all smooth sailing though. After a tough first race with a couple of small mistakes that cost him positions, his confidence took a hit and the pressure started to build. But with some breathwork, a reset, and getting his mindset back on track, he showed real resilience — pushing through six more races to finish strong.
Mav’s energy and fitness are undeniable, but this result is also a reminder of how important recovery, mindset, and mental clarity are in performance.

A big thank you to our chiropractors for always making sure Mav is well adjusted prior to all his race meetings 🙌🏻🙏💚
