In the last several years I have been on the road to improving my health and fitness. If it's not difficult enough to find that motivation and willpower to get started and continue, there are so many confusing and contradictory myths out there around the "journey". I am not a personal trainer (yet... watch this spot!!!) or a nutritionist/dietician... This is all based on my personal experiences and observations and several years of trial and error with some research thrown in for good measure! This page is intended to help motivate and educate you on your own path to better health and fitness. I will post recipe/fitness ideas and tips as well as setting straight myths that are in place to mislead and confuse people into believing the only way to achieve their goals is a certain fad diet! If you have any tips or tricks of your own please feel free to message me and I will post them if I feel they are appropriate and in line with my vision!
