Introducing , the first needle-free adrenaline nasal spray approved for use in Australia 🙌

Individuals at risk of anaphylaxis and their carers are encouraged to speak with their treating doctor to discuss which adrenaline device best meets their needs .

Marking the first major development in anaphylaxis treatment in more than 30 years, neffy® gives those at risk of anaphylaxis another treatment option. It's a single-use nasal spray containing one dose of adrenaline, suitable for those aged 4+.

🚑 Meet Manny! 👋

After some fantastic name suggestions were sent in, we’re excited to officially introduce the newest member of the Northern Response Training team — Manny!

Manny’s name was chosen from your suggestions (thank you to everyone who contributed!), and we love that it’s gender-neutral — Manny can be whoever the scenario needs them to be. Versatile already! 😉

Manny will be helping us deliver hands-on training, realistic emergency scenarios, and building confidence in lifesaving skills.

And before anyone says it… yes. We know. The teeth are a little creepy. 😅
We agree. We’re still adjusting too. Apparently realistic airways come with realistic smiles!

Our dog also isn’t completely sold on Manny just yet — there’s been a fair bit of side-eye and cautious sniffing going on 🐶😂

You’ll be seeing plenty of Manny in upcoming courses. Teeth and all.

Built for serious trauma scenarios — crashes, burns, bleeding, and workplace incidents — and ready to be put through its paces.

This one can be both male and female, depending on the scenario, so we need a name that fits everyone.

💙 Did You Know?

Australian research shows bystanders are more likely to give CPR to men (74%) than women (65%) after cardiac arrest.

Studies also show women are less likely to receive CPR and have lower survival rates — often due to uncertainty about hand placement and fear of causing harm.
