Holding it all together can look like strength. But inside, there can be pain and chaos.
Stress builds, and the body carries the tension of what goes unfelt or unexpressed.

This can be a vital coping strategy at times, but in the longterm it isnโ€™t sustainable and it takes its toll.
~
The work now is learning how to feel safely, how to let go, soften, heal, and release what youโ€™ve held onto for too long - or to tend to the part of you that thinks you have to keep it all together and 'be strong'.
~
Somatic Therapy is an embodied approach to healing that supports gentle emotional processing.
