Our first Yoga in the Gallery for 2026 launches March 27 — aligning with the Year of the Horse and the rhythm of Noongar seasons, this one will set the tone for an unforgettable series.

After such an incredible season last year, we’re back at Moore & Moore for an even bigger 2026 experience — with 6 immersive events across the year.

Proudly collaborating with Moore & Moore, Moore & Moore Events, and matrika_music to bring together movement, music and community inside this iconic Fremantle gallery space.

To those who stepped into the unknown, into a creative space, and believed there’s a platform waiting for what we’re building together — this wouldn’t exist without you. 2026 is already shaping up to be a big year with 6 events locked in, and I’m deeply grateful to be creating alongside you ✨

Movement and breath have always felt like home to me — the rhythm, the pulse, the stories they unlock. Teaching yoga is more than a role; it’s a responsibility I hold with deep respect. It’s where community, connection and purpose meet.

I’m Yaz Reading, a Perth local, lover, mother, mover and the founder of Pulse Yoga Perth. Since launching in 2019, my mission has been simple: build spaces where people feel seen, supported and empowered through yoga and mindful movement.

Community drives everything I do. Whether it’s a Slow Flow session, a breathwork moment, or a full immersive event, my aim is always the same: to help you rise. To support your strength, soften your edges, and guide you back to your centre.

My hope is that when you step off the mat, you feel nourished, grounded and capable of so much more than you arrived with.

My intention is that you feel seen, supported and genuinely empowered — reminded that your strength, your softness and your story all matter here.

A dear friend once gifted me The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse — a book that feels like a gentle conversation with your soul.

At our Pulse Yoga in the Gallery this week, I read this line: “One of our greatest freedoms is how we react to things.”

It landed deeply — especially under Scorpio season’s intensity and the reflective energy of the Year of the Snake. Both invite us to shed old skins, to sit with discomfort, and to respond rather than react.

On the mat, in stillness or movement, we’re reminded that freedom isn’t always about changing what’s outside of us — it’s about softening how we meet it.

✨ Take this with you:
You can always pause before responding.
Transformation often begins with awareness.
Grace is a choice — again and again.
