On Sunday we gathered a group of meditators at the beach to watch a beautiful creative work as part of the ; some incredible compositions arriving at our ears from boats sailing just offshore from Bathers beach.

As we opened our eyes, the show began, quite a powerful experience.

Meditation is enjoyable in itself, but what you discover after really is where the true value is felt.

Whether it’s having more meaningful conversations, being more productive at work or being able to truly take in the creativity that surrounds us in many moments of our day, there all things that make it truly worth sitting down and closing the eyes.

I have one more course for the year and it begins this Saturday (6th - 9th) Please feel welcome to send me a message if you’d like to join and I can tell you a little more about the course.
