YOGALAB Fremantle YOGALAB is a space to explore the human spirit. YOGALAB is set in the heart of Fremantle in a beautifully converted 1920s warehouse.

We marry the best of traditional yogic philosophy, modern science and a strong contemporary Asana practice to provide a safe space for personal transformation in a supportive, fun and inspiring environment. Bass (20–250 Hz) isn't just felt—it's embodied, vibrating cells and syncing neural rhythms. Think full-body extension from toes to fingertips, crown to tailbone is pure magic .

By lengthening along these myofascial trains (those incredible web-like tracks of connective tissue), we release stuck tension in the fascia, helping it hydrate, glide, and become more elastic.

This is Gong, Lombok legend and head surf coach on our Lombok Surf & Yoga retreat. Before you even get in the surf, you'll learn ins and outs of wave riding. We begin with Surf Safety, Etiquette and Wave theory. You'll know when to start paddling, where you wanna be as well as looking out for others. Learn paddle technique, pop ups & turtle rolls. Our team of expert local surf instructors are there to support you and answer any questions you have.

Enjoy pre and post surf yoga sessions with and to prepare and reset the body, soak up some sun, sit by the pool and just take it all in from our high mountain perch. It is an absolutely dreamy week of getting after it, relaxing and hanging with great people.

Patanjali emphasizes three key elements for real progress in yoga:

#1. Long duration (dirgha-kala) | it takes sustained time, not quick fixes.
#2. Without interruption (nairantarya) | True consistency, showing up when you don't feel like it.

About Craig:

From rural NZ chef life to Bali surfer-yogi, Craig
Discovered yoga in 2004 through the sweaty relief in a lounge-room class that changed everything.

He’s traveled the world cooking on yachts, chasing studios & shalas.

He found his flow with Eoin Finn in Uluwatu 2017 where he experienced joyful, natural movement instead of ‘doing it right’.

Completed YTT with him in 2021 and between yacht gigs teaches full-time: Alchemy Uluwatu, The Istana & now stamping YOGALAB Fremantle on his teaching passport.

All bodies welcome. Warm vibes, feel-good progression, empowerment over perfection.
