Yoga is a ancient practice that harmonizes the physical, mental and spirit through asana, pranayama and meditation, ultimately elevating human consciousness by attuning us to the subtle vibrations that underpin all existence.
At its core, yoga teaches that everything in the universe - including our thoughts, emotions and physical form is composed of vibrational energy oscillating at different frequencies. Regular practice raises our personal vibrational frequency by calming the nervous system, clearing energetic blockages in the chakras, and creating a state of inner coherence where lower, denser frequencies of stress, fear, or scattered thinking give way to higher states of clarity, love and expanded awareness.
