I design bespoke aerial and sound wellness sessions for teams, combining aerial yoga, spinning hammock, and flexibility training with a closing sound bath to reset minds and bodies.
These sessions are low‑impact, inclusive, and ideal for stress reduction, team bonding, and creative re‑energising.
For more adventurous groups, I can also offer small lyra, trapeze, or silks come‑and‑try workshops tailored to your space and safety requirements.

Do you feel like you’re working on flexibility but getting nowhere?
I’ve been there. I looked flexible, but I was actually weak, and that kept me tight and stuck.
What changed?
Strength + consistent practice. No shortcuts.
And yes… if I stop, I feel it 😅
If you want to learn how to ease into flexibility (not force it), I’ve got you.
Classes & privates available, with or without the hammock, but the hammock is magic ✨

Benefits of Aerial Yoga
Remember visiting the circus and watching the trapeze artistes with awe? Well, a visit to any aerial yoga studio is bound to bring back those memories. However, aerial yoga is much more than circus tricks. It is actually a combination of traditional yoga poses, Pilates and dance, using a hammock. Here’s why you should give it a shot!
Total body workout
The aerial yoga movements force every part of the body to move and stretch. So the muscles are toned and redefined, and the joints get strengthened and regenerated thanks to these movements.
Improves flexibility
Aerial yoga helps you move freely and by putting in less effort and counteracting gravity. Staying suspended in the air releases tension in the bones and muscles and increases flexibility. It also strengthens core muscles and increases spinal and shoulder flexibility.
Aids digestion
The stretches and movements that are a part of the workout boost the digestive system, helping heal various digestion-related issues, including constipation and indigestion.
Good for the back
By hanging freely, you give the spine the chance to lengthen. There is less strain on your back while exercising, it eases tension in the spinal cord and hip joint.
Anti aging
It improves blood circulation, thereby combating aging and its symptoms. It detoxifies the circulatory and lymphatic systems which delays the onset of cardiovascular issues.
