Our Story

At TLC we offer professional counselling for all ages in a safe, supportive environment to address issues that may be impacting your mental health and wellbeing. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health and provide new and expecting parents with the support they need to navigate the challenges of parenthood. As a registered clinical supervisor I also offer supervision for counsellors and mental health professionals to ensure ethical, professional services are provided to the community.
