Does this make you uncomfortable? Or curious? Or stir up mind stories? Judgements? Do you know where it even comes from?
Have you worked intentionally with your bleed? Are you aware of how fu***ng powerful you are? I am and i want you to feeling tap into that power. I used to have so much period shame, not realising I was inside my own personal prison cell. Freeing myself through the work of menstrual cycle awareness has radically, and I mean radically, opened my heart and expanded my soul.
Nothing has changed my life more profoundly. No yoga, sound healing, meditation, relationship. I truly believe we incarnated as women so we could follow this path and find divine union with ourselves via the bleed. It is the ultimate homecoming. She is your own inner Oracle, medicine woman, healer and high priestess. She is your guide, your true essence, your wayfinder, your peace.
Let's unchain ourselves, break free from societal conditioning and choose love over fear. Let's choose ourselves.
