​As a Chiropractor, my focus is to create a respite for you, away from your busy lives, where your body can start the healing process and you can get back to a life lived to its fullest potential.

Through 17 years of working with bodies and helping people on their health journey, I have seen first hand, how busy and stressful life can be and how sedentary we are as a community. Movement is one of the most important things for our brains to function and for us to feel good!

Through research, we know that chiropractic adjustments change activity in the front part of our brains (or prefrontal cortex). This part of the brain is critical in the regulation of our immune system, sleep, hormone regulation, decision making and emotional control (and many, many others). By restoring and maintaining movement in the spine and peripheral joints, we can keep your body firing on all cylinders, stop any breakdown that may be present and most importantly, get you back to doing the things you most value in life!
