π₯£ Healthy Breakfast Idea: Gut-Loving Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
β’ Β½ cup oats
β’ Β½ cup milk (dairy or plant)
β’ 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
β’ 1 tbsp chia seeds
β’ Β½ tsp cinnamon
β’ Berries
β’ Optional: honey or maple
How to make:
Mix all ingredients except berries, refrigerate overnight, top in the morning.
