Your child’s love for big movement — jumping on the couch, hanging off furniture, wrestling with siblings — is more than just energy.
It’s how their body learns where it is in space.
This is called proprioception, and it’s key for helping children regulate, focus, and feel grounded.
Learn more in our latest post and discover easy ways to support proprioceptive play at home.
