These little yogurt dessert cups are one of our team’s favourite quick recipes. Light, creamy and perfect for sharing 🤍

Mini Yogurt Dessert Cups Recipe

Ingredients (makes approx. 12 mini cups):
🥄 400 g Greek yogurt
🍮 1 packet jelly crystals (any flavour you like)
🍪 80–100 g crushed biscuits or muesli

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the jelly according to the packet instructions, but use slightly less water for a richer texture.
2️⃣ Let the jelly cool until warm (not hot).
3️⃣ Gently mix part of the jelly with the Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Pour into small serving cups.
5️⃣ Sprinkle crushed biscuits or muesli on top.
6️⃣ Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until set.

Perfect for a light sweet treat after dinner.

Approx. 80 calories per mini serving ✨
