Something very special happens when women gather together in the circle way.
I've been holding monthly women's circles since April 2021 - 5 years this month! It has been a joy and honour to be a keeper of this container, to witness the beauty, magic, reset, connection and healing that unfolds organically, and all the incredible women i've sat in circle with!
As well as the regular monthly circle at , I also facilitate bespoke circles across the Sydney region. The occasions have been as diverse as a franchisee conference, mothers' day, mother-to-be blessing ceremonies, bridal blessing, maiden moon, and as part of a variety of workshops (if you recognise yourself in this, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!). I'm often given the brief of holding sacred space in a way that will feel comfortable and accessible to people of all backgrounds who might never have thought of sitting in circle before. Circle are even making their way into the boardroom!

One of the best parts of my work is being able to partner with companies to bring wellness, balance and stress management tools to their teams and people. The focus on empowering wellbeing at work has been growing which is so positive to see.

Each session is bespoke to the workplace or group, and can run anywhere from bite sized 30min sessions through to 2 hour depth workshops. I've been privileged to work with a whole range of workplaces - from corporate boardroom to warehouses to 1:1 and absolutely love seeing how simple tools and insights can make all the difference!

Our Mabon (Autumn Equinox) Circle is on this Friday at (Friday 27th March 6:30-8:30pm).

There are some spaces left if you'd like to join us ✨🍁🧡 Our circles are always a nourishing restful night of soul-sharing, connection, inner reflection - as well as grounding back into ourselves and nature’s rhythms.

If you haven't been to a women's circle before, it is a lovely gentle space of connection within the container of sacred space - come along and experience the special energy and magic that arises when women come together to intentionally be present and supportive of themselves and each other.

There is also a grounding meditation with the crystal alchemy sound bowls - relaxing bliss!

The theme for each month’s circle is based on connecting to nature’s rhythms - bringing an awareness of the energy of where we are in the seasonal wheel of the year, the lunar phase, our own life season, and for some of us, our menstrual cycle.

🍁🧡This months theme is Mabon (Autumn Equinox) - one of my favourite of the year!

Holistic Life Coaching is the core way I support women in my work. Where you come to get unstuck or go deeper - into the shifting, healing, and expansion.

In our sessions, you are heard, seen, held, and guided to access your own inner wisdom.

It's not about anyone else telling you what you should do.
Instead I guide you in finding your own authentic sovereign knowing and answers that are right for you, that are there within you.

The space is heart-centred and connected to spirit, while deeply anchored in practicality and evidence-based tools.

This is not surface-level mindset work or motivational goal setting.

Its embodied transformation.

Every session is bespoke, meeting you where you're at. As a holistic life coach, somatic/embodiment coach, shamanic womancraft practitioner, and cycle wisdom teacher, I draw from a specialised medicine bag of tools and approaches based on what is relevant for you.

Our work may also include:
- Somatic and embodied enquiry
- Emotional processing and release
- Cycle coaching and rites of passage
- Shamanic womancraft processes and ceremony
- Re-wilding
