At this epic event, we invite the Fire Element to dance harmoniously within our Light Body. You will feel its warmth awaken your center of purpose and vitality and as it rises through to your heart, where fire softens into compassion. You will leave feeling a refinement of your frequency - a balance between passion and calm.
When fire blazes too fiercely, cool it with stillness: immerse your feet in water, rest under trees, breathe slowly, and visualize liquid gold flowing through your aura. When your light feels dim, kindle your inner flame with movement, sunlight, and joyful expression.
This Sunday, allow us to honour you - the fire as sacred light within you. And allow yourself to receive and to be still and to really align with your truth.
