🌈I taught Rita { a beautiful customer} to add same amount organic chickpea flour or grain flour to ANY 🌈Darlin' Dal,make into smaller palm size patties,lightly fry in oil of choice around 3min each side.....voilà......

Wow that was one busy two months!
I must say I do like not being on social media that much & chatting in person so much more.Which brings me to the update!
🫕Paris has taken over the new webpage design & shopping cart & is clear on the direction needed.Not long now.
🫕Mini factory 🏭 kitchen upgrade costed & end of this month I learn to cook on " my dream" machine.Then it's fit outs & hopefully f l o w°••~
🫕DD keeps selling out as the way I cook is ancient,apart from the pressure cookers.I cannot make 😫 enough until my Swedish gluten free chef gets back to help with pies as well.Remember I have fallen 50 metres off a cliff & smashed my body to smithereens.
🫕Gut feeling lead me to a chiropractor last week.I was to learn at my 1st treatment yesterday he was trained in Ayurveda by my hero Vasant Lad.What the!!!!!
🫕I took my case notes to him { pictured} & he called it a miracle my recovery °•○•°yet also knows its not.
🫕EXPERIENCE is your best teacher which is why Paris & I are so excited that I can soon be available more to do just that.You are here to be joyfully ALIVE,follow your dharma
,I do just that with my ❤️ HEART wide open.
🫕Ayurveda is going to be taught to you through the lense of JOY FUN & of course kirtan.
