From the tropical paradise of Cairns to the rugged outback of Mount Isa, YNA has incredible short-term and long-term placements for nurses in some of Australia’s most breathtaking locations.
Take your skills on the road with 2–12 week placements across locations including Cairns, Innisfail, Mareeba, Townsville, Mount Isa, Rockhampton, Mackay, and Blacktown, each offering unique landscapes and welcoming communities.
Benefits include:

• Travel to your chosen location from anywhere in Australia for placements of two weeks or longer, with potential for long-term contracts

Most roles require ED experience, including Triage and Advanced Life Support, but we also have opportunities in Pediatrics, Surgical, Mental Health, and Renal. Placements are matched to your clinical expertise, and all applicants are individually vetted to ensure the right fit.
In recognition of the in-depth onboarding process, you’ll receive a $500 retention incentive upon completion of your first contract.
