In 2024 Earthshine Village will be quite different. If you’ve visited me lately this probably isn’t news to you. I have been pulled in a new direction and am returning to study. 🤓📚 How this looks is still very unknown and will evolve. (A slightly terrifying thought for a Virgo ♍️😅).

I will no longer be practicing from a clinic space. I do plan to have some limited availability for home visits though.

I want to thank you all for your support this year and previously. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your stories. I have felt so honoured to support you all. 🤲 Your courage is infectious - as a take a new exciting (but scary) plunge - and write my own new ending. 💪

Wishing you and your families a safe festive season. 🎄 I hope 2024 brings you all so much joy!

S I G N S O F F E R T I L I T Y -
C E R V I C A L F L U I D 💦

One of the key factors to a natural conception is cervical mucous/fluid. It is produced in glands within the cervix called crypts. There’s a spectrum of cervical fluid. In an optimum ovulatory cycle it would look like this:

🩸 Period ➡️ Dry ➡️ Sticky ➡️ Creamy ➡️ Eggwhite (Ovulation) ➡️ Dry ➡️ (Period 🩸 or pregnancy 🤰).

As you approach ovulation you’re cervical mucous increases in wetness and resembles the seminal fluid the s***m are delivered in. This is as a result of rising ⬆️ estrogen. You observe these changes as a sensation at your v***a, while going to the toilet or on your knickers. 🩲

Fertile Cervical Mucous:
💧Resembles raw egg white (clear and lubricating)
💧Can stretch at least an inch (between your fingers)
💧Provides nourishment for s***m, helping them to thrive, move and stay alive
💧Is alkaline in nature, protecting the s***m from the otherwise acidic environment of your va**na
💧Has a high water concentration
💧Often leaves a symmetrical circle of fluid in your underwear🩲
💧Can sometimes be so watery you can’t see anything 👀 but you should be able to feel the slipperiness as a sensation at your v***a

One of the things women notice first while we work together, (receiving treatments and practicing self abdominal massage at home) is an increase in fertile mucous - both the amount and also the time that it’s present for. 👏👏 This helps keep the window for conception open longer. 🙌

One of the things I remember from my TTC journey that made a big difference mentally for me was reframing the arrival of my period🩸as a new beginning/opportunity. This isn’t a “good vibes only” post - I hate that toxic positivity s**t! There’s space for all the feels, the “good” 😁🥰🙂😌 the “bad” 😭😤😔🤬.

I still made space for disappointment/anger… grief. Don’t you know it all feels even bigger at this point in your cycle?! 😢😭 Took things slow for a few days. Then dusted myself off for the next opportunity 👶🤞 and got on with it.

Here’s a little snippet of my usual hours for the year. (Reduced hours for January and early Feb including no home visits). Jan is filling fast. 🙈

I’ve added a WHOLE day each week for clinic appointments and a WHOLE day each week for home visits. This should help reduce the wait time for new clients and be able to support more of you! 🫶

2023 planning…

What are your plans for 2023?

Today I’m stuck at home with a sick kid again! 🤦🏻‍♀️ (Equinox Blessings on this first offical day of Spring 🌼 now kindly f* #% off winter 🖕). It’s been a long and germy 🦠 winter in our house - thank you for your patience and understanding with rescheduling. 🙏

Not many appointments left for the rest of the year. Bookings for 2023 won’t open for a bit while I finalise days/locations… the good news is my availability will increase next year! 🥳 I can’t wait to help more of you!!!

I also have a new offering gestating. 💫

My baby, Violet 🥹😭😊 will be starting school and I’m having all the feels. School transition visits and kindy wrap ups are temporary interfering with the rest of this year’s availability.
