Yin Yoga is back! Ease yourself into 2026 with this beautiful session to help stretch and unwind tension stored in your body.

Curated moves that allow you to create space in your joints, lubricate your tendons and release stress.

Join me Tuesday & Thursday mornings 8am. Monday & Tuesday evenings, 7pm. Also a wonderful 90 min session Sunday mornings at 8am.

Not sure what Yin Yoga is? It's very gentle stretching to allow your body to move in the way it was designed to. I have all the equipment here that you need. All you have to do is book and turn up!

Joy, our resident puppy will also be here to greet you.
