I was lucky enough to be gifted some moringa leaves yesterday. Here they are drying. Moringa leaves are full of iron - and other minerals of course - but I am interested in extracting the iron to go in my iron tonic.
If you want to make your own iron oxygen- dry the leaves for 48 hrs, 3/4 fill a jar with the wilted leaves. Add apple cidar vinegar to jar, seal and soak for 4 weeks. Strain and add 1/4 of total vinegar you have and there you have an iron rich oxygen. Take 1 tbls adult, 1 tsp kids daily.
If you want to make it even more iron rich - put some lemon peel into the jar before soaking. Vitamin c enhances the extraction of iron. Good luck.
