Casual Store Assistant – Stockman Rural Supplies
Stockman Rural Supplies is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our rural feed and supply store. This is a casual/part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right person.

About the Role:
🐎 You will be assisting customers, handling stock, and helping with the day-to-day running of our busy rural supply store based in Galston.
🌾 The role involves physical work and requires someone who enjoys working with people and has an interest in rural supplies, animal feed, and farming products (mostly equine).

Key Responsibilities:
🤝 Assisting and serving customers in store
🤓Providing product knowledge and advice on our range of stock
🚜 Unloading, moving, and stocking feed and rural supplies
🧹 Maintaining a clean and organised store
🏃‍♂️‍➡️Assisting with local deliveries when required
🌱 Knowledge of rural supplies, livestock feed, or farming products preferred
🚚 Driver’s licence (Class C) preferred for delivery duties
🚜 Forklift licence advantageous
🍏 Previous retail, sales, or rural supply experience preferred but not essential
