A creative, flowing yoga practice that links breath with mindful movement.
This class weaves together sun salutations and classic yoga postures in a continuous, intentional flow — encouraging conscious awareness in every moment. Think of it as a moving meditation: a space to connect, feel, explore, learn and grow.
Expect plenty of variations, clear and detailed instruction, and sequences that build strength while increasing flexibility — in both mind and body. You’ll work on balance, focus and coordination, with opportunities to play with arm balances and more challenging postures.
You’ll feel comfortably challenged, supported throughout, and reminded that yoga can be both focused and fun. We always smile — and we always move with purpose.
This class is not suitable if you are managing a current injury.
