Everyone arrives with a different story.

Some are walking in on the best high of their life — new beginnings, fresh energy, feeling strong.

Others are carrying things you can’t see — grief, stress, uncertainty, quiet battles.

Same safe space.
Different stories.

A place to breathe.
To move.
To connect.

No matter what season you’re in… I’m glad you’re here.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need a clear head.
You don’t need to have it all together.

You just need to show up for yourself.

At any given point, you are enough.

Today was bittersweet ❤️

Our incredible instructor and friend, Mel, taught her final regular classes with us and it’s safe to say she will be missed.
For the past 2 years, we’ve been so lucky to have one of the very best.

While it’s hard to see this chapter end, I’m also so excited for what’s ahead for Mel. I hope you’ll join me in saying a huge thank you for everything she’s brought into our community, and in wishing her all the very best for her next chapter.

It’s not goodbye forever — Mel will still be on our covers list, and most importantly, we’ll always be friends 🤍

Sometimes all it takes is one sentence to spark a goal 💫

With doubt in her voice, Ange said to me, “I’d love to walk Mt Cannibal one day without stopping.”

When I hear doubt, it’s like a big “let’s do this” for me!

My brain started ticking, and I set her a goal: walk Mt Cannibal without stopping by the end of March.

While communicating with Ange, I made an intentional plan and today, we put it to the test.

Ange did it. No stops! 🙌
Not only did she complete the walk without stopping, she also hit a PB for both heart rate and time ❤️

Her smile at the top said it all!
Moments like this are exactly why I love what I do.

Helping people build strength, confidence, and belief in themselves is what it’s all about for me.

You’re never just a number.
I’m here to educate, support, and guide you so you can achieve your goals, inside and outside the studio.

I’m so proud of you Ange, thank you for trusting me 🥰

In March, we’re completing 86km each throughout the month, to represent the 86 children diagnosed with cancer every month in Australia.

You choose how you move — walk, run, ride, swim…
Break it down and it’s less than 3km a day. Totally doable — and I’ll support you all the way 🤍

By taking part you will:
💚 Support vital research
💪 Boost your health and wellbeing
🚶 Stay active and work toward your fitness goals

Whether you raise $5, $500, or simply awareness — it all matters.
Together, we can make a difference.

Aging can be a challenging season. Our bodies sometimes feel different, slower and unfamiliar. It’s easy to catch ourselves wishing for our younger body back.

Did you know — science shows regular exercise can lower our biological age by years and boost health, energy and resilience.

Today, Dad turns 73 years young, and we celebrated with two laps of Mount C.
At the top dad said, “It feels bloody good to be alive and to be able to move!”

With time and wisdom, we realise how incredible our body is, what a true privilege it is to age and to keep moving while we can.

Make movement part of your everyday…trust me, your future self will thank you!

This class weaves together sun salutations and classic yoga postures in a continuous, intentional flow — encouraging conscious awareness in every moment. Think of it as a moving meditation: a space to connect, feel, explore, learn and grow.

Expect plenty of variations, clear and detailed instruction, and sequences that build strength while increasing flexibility — in both mind and body. You’ll work on balance, focus and coordination, with opportunities to play with arm balances and more challenging postures.

You’ll feel comfortably challenged, supported throughout, and reminded that yoga can be both focused and fun. We always smile — and we always move with purpose.
