We hope everyone is enjoying a beautiful day filled with joy, connection, and a little bit of chocolate! 🍫💛

Today was extra special for our team and clients as we spent time together creating delicious Easter treats. There were smiles all around, plenty of creativity, and lots of fun in the kitchen!

We followed it all up with a lovely lunch together and some fun games, making the day even more memorable and full of laughter. 😊🎉

What made the day even more meaningful was the kindness shown by our incredible clients, who chose to donate their handmade Easter treat packages to Toni’s Kitchen. 💐 This generous gesture truly reflects the spirit of Easter, giving, compassion, and community.

We are so proud of everyone involved and grateful to share moments like these together. 💕

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to keep this initiative low-cost thanks to the support of a brilliant personal trainer who believes wellbeing should be accessible to everyone. There’s nothing more powerful than seeing some of our most vulnerable individuals build confidence, grow stronger, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

We also cannot forget our unpaid carers, the quiet heroes who are so often overlooked. Self-care is rarely on their agenda because they are always putting others first.

This is your time.

To help build connection beyond the sessions, I’ll also be donating a BBQ at the end for anyone who wants to stay, chat with like-minded people, and continue building a supportive community together.

Because this isn’t just about fitness, it’s about belonging.

As we come to the close of another year, everyone at Above & Beyond would like to wish you a happy, healthy, and peaceful Christmas.

What an incredible year it’s been, filled with meaningful achievements, hard work, and goals truly smashed. We’re so proud of what’s been accomplished together.

We hope this season brings you warmth, joy, and special moments with family and friends. And if you find yourself feeling alone during this time, please remember you’re never truly on your own, reach out to someone you trust. There are also many organisations ready to support anyone who may be struggling.

What a great day! A all inclusive disability day at Webb park, we are so happy to have got on board with RCJ Disability Support Services, what a great initiative to get the community together for this free event, making memories and friendships!

Special thanks to Robyn at RCJ for letting us be apart of it and to our very own Ashley Hinkins for loving getting amongst the community and giving back.

We look forward to being apart of this again every month so watch this space for the next location!
