Encouraging you to Slow Down and Listen to the Messages of your Body. To find the Calm, Deep Center.... the Essence of your True Being.
All Welcome, no experience needed and definitely NO pretzel moves. Please don't let "flexibility/Strength/Weight/Fitness prevent you from experiencing the bliss of this class. As once you join, you will realise none of this matters.

Aerial yoga is so much more than tricks & flips. It’s about slowing it right down, ability to fully stretch & awaken the parts of our body that hv been stagnant & underused over the years. Watching these amazing ladies listening to their bodies and fully letting go. So love teaching Adults Aerial. So blessed x
