Hello First Aid

Hello First Aid Learn with hands on practical life saving skills for work or family in Mental Health First Aid, CPR and First Aid.
Hello!

My name is Natasha. As a qualified and experienced trainer and assessor and a former lifesaver, I wanted to pass on my knowledge on to all those that wish to learn. We operated as 'Safety First Aid' in Townsville from 2014 until August 2023, and became a first choice for first aid training in North Queensland. We have since relocated to Lockyer, and re-branded as 'Hello First Aid'. I am keen to meet many South East Queenslanders while providing training in the vital skills of first aid! Using the latest in CPR, defib and First Aid technology, I'm proud to educate first aiders and responders for Gatton and surrounding areas.

ANZAC Spotlight: Matron Grace Wilson

In 1915, Matron Grace Wilson led the 3rd Australian General Hospital through the chaos of Gallipoli. With limited supplies, overwhelming casualties, and constant shellfire, her leadership and composure saved lives — not just through medicine, but through sheer determination.

She stood strong so others could heal.

This ANZAC Day, we honour the unsung heroes — the medics, the nurses, the ones who held the line in a different way.

Lest we forget. 🌺

I should dye my hair red, I love this so much, I want one!

In the 1960s, doctors wanted to improve CPR techniques so they enlisted the help of surf lifesavers who agreed to be anaesthetised on the floor of a hospital operating theatre to simulate what might happen in real life.
