Proud to have been interviewed for this timely article, and to continue to provide up to date, quality first aid training to my local community. Remember, firstly, if you are going to provide first aid, before anything else, make sure it is safe to approach.
Keep a well stocked and maintained first aid kit handy at home, and in your vehicle. Know your snake bite first aid, leave the snake alone, don't wash the bite site, pressure over the bite and immobilise the limb. Don't move a muscle, literally!
Still unsure? Enrol in an accredited first aid course and gain the knowledge and skills to help someone today.

Welcome back for 2023! I look forward to seeing familiar faces returning for their first aid and CPR updates this year, as well as meeting new people on our courses this year
We now have our online booking system working well, we also have future course dates posted on our page, which you can book into to secure your place ahead of time.
At this stage course dates are up right up until July, the rest of the year should be up in the next few days. We trust this will make it easier for people to plan ahead for their first aid training needs
Finally while we always aim to keep our prices very competitive, we have had to make a modest increase this year, only the second time in over 5 years. Increased costs have made this necessary, however we are happy we will be able to continue to provide this high quality service to our local community.

ASQA has recently stated that in all cases for anyone to be deemed competent in CPR they must be able to perform CPR on the floor.
