On Mondays meeting we had 19 members weigh in with a total loss of 5.5kgs.

Group A winners lost 600g each
Group B winner lost 1.4kgs
Graduate was 500g away

⭐️ 6th October is a public holiday, no meeting
⭐️ 13th October is monthly awards & booking in for Toasties
⭐️ 20th October is our Dutch auction
⭐️ 27th October is the start of our Christmas competition & also Toasties
⭐️ 17th November dresses for success fashion parade

At Mondays meeting we talked about Birds Eye Steam fresh vegetables in freezer section of the supermarket. They are a convenient, quick & easy way to get vegetables into our diet.

Group A winner lost 1.4kgs
Group B winner lost 700g
Graduate was 600g away from their goal weight.

Next week will be a free week since it’s the 5th week of the month.

We had a guest speaker from the Metropolitan Fire Service to talk to us about fire safety. It was a very informative talk and I think everyone came home knowing a lot more about keeping our self and our homes safe 🚒

At last nights meeting we had 27 people weigh in with a total loss of 3.65kgs 🎉

Group A winner lost 700g
Group B winner lost 600g
Graduate was 750g away from their goal weight

Last night we celebrated our clubs birthday with a lovely dinner! There was lots of fun and laughter & all the members had a fantastic night!

Next week we have a guest speaker who is a Firefighter to talk about safety in the home.

At last weeks meeting we had 18 members weigh in with a total loss of 5.3kgs 🎉

Group A winner lost 850g
Group B winner lost 1.85kgs
Graduate was 750g away from their goal weight

The trading table raised a huge $107 with funds going towards our Christmas dinner.

Catching up on September 1st meeting we had 17 members weigh in with a total loss of 4.6kgs 🎉

Group A winner lost 1.350kgs
Group B winners lost 150g each
Graduate was 300g away from their goal weight

Monthly Awards for August

At the meeting we had a discussion about Vegetables and fibre. Australians need a minimum of 30g fibre but most people only have 10g. We also spoke about how we can add more vegetable to our diet.

At last nights meeting we had 18 members weigh in with a total loss of 7.2 kgs 🎉

Group A: 1.3kgs
Group B: 1.2kgs

2 x 4 week awards were given out.

Last week’s trading table raised $100.60.

At last nights meeting we enjoyed Christmas in July by sharing some yummy food and enjoying the company of our wonderful members🎅 🧑🏻‍🎄
