What happens when you see anger for what it is 👇

A sign you need care, space, or boundaries...it loses its power to control you.

Next time you're feeling BIG feelings like anger, ask yourself these questions.

Where do you feel it?

Is there a visual that goes with the feeling?

How do you feel towards Anger?

Save this so that you have it on hand 🦆

Some days, it hits out of nowhere

One second you're fine, the next?

Snapping at someone over nothing.

Then you feel guilty, telling yourself "I'm overreacting."

But anger isn't necessarily bad... it means you care about something.

So allow yourself to feel it safely (our favourite is going outside to kick a ball) âš˝

Which one would you try?

Feeling angry means this 👇

It makes you human.

The key is expressing anger safely...

Because when you bottle it up, it doesn’t disappear.

It just leaks out later as stress, burnout, or snapping at people you care about 🦆

Try:

đź’Ą Doing wall pushups

đź’Ą Beating dust out of your bedding

đź’Ą Blasting music and dancing

đź’Ą Going for a run

Most of us were taught this...

🦆 To stay “polite.”
🦆 To avoid being “too much.”

But anger is our body's way of saving
"We need to do something about this!"

So the next time it bubbles up, give yourself space to feel it.

Anger doesn't make you a bad person

It means you're human.

Anger means your body is saying:

💬 “Something about this doesn’t sit right.”

💬 “I’ve reached my limit.”

💬 “I need to protect myself.”

It reminds you that you care about what happens.

Did you know this?

Anger is one of your body’s built-in protection systems.

It shows up when something feels unfair, unsafe, or out of your control.

When you allow yourself to feel it safely, it can actually help you set boundaries, speak up, and protect your wellbeing đź§

The truth about anger 👇

Instead of asking yourself “How do I stop feeling angry?”...

Try asking, “What is my anger trying to protect?”

Because anger isn’t bad.

It’s just another emotion.

One that keeps you safe when you're feeling vulnerable, powerless or unseen.

If that’s you today, you’re doing enough ❤️

Healing doesn’t always look like yoga mats, green smoothies, or "perfect" morning routines

Sometimes it’s brushing your teeth when you didn’t want to.

Texting a friend back.

Getting out of bed even when your mind’s heavy.

Those tiny acts are resilience.

Save this for the days you need a reminder.
