At our 7:45PM yoga class tonight.

This is a great opportunity for guys to give it a shot with a bunch of other guys who are giving it a shot.

Ladies feel free to come along with your man/male friends and just pop a $10 donation in our fire fundraiser box.

Are you interested in these practices but not sure where to start?

Why not come and hang out at the studio for a day and learn the foundations in a safe, judgement free environment?

This is a great way to learn the basics of both practices in a small group with a chance to take things slowly, ask questions and try things out in your body.

If you have injuries or limitations then you will have the opportunity to learn how to use props and modify poses to accomodate your body and keep it safe.

You don't need any previous experience or abilities.
You don't need to be fit or flexible.
You don't need to be able to sit still and quiet your mind.

If you are interested in coming along then please contact Trish directly on 0408 598 444. She will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

If booking in then please advise if you would prefer to BYO lunch or if you would like catering.

Happy new year everyone ❀️❀️

Come and join us for our very first beginner's yoga course of the year.... starting Tuesday January 28th at 7:15pm.

You DO NOT have to be flexible, fit or strong to do this course.

Over the 4 weeks you will learn:

* A variety of yoga poses, correct alignment and how to modify the poses for injury and limitations

*Breathing techniques

*Introduction to yoga philosophy

*Basic meditation

*How to use props

*The importance of meeting yourself where you are
