Physio-Wise is a local clinic in Gawler and Lyndoch that provides physiotherapy and massage services to a wide range of clients. Our fully certified staff will help you achieve your best level of health and are able to assist you in injury healing, strengthening, general aches and pains and a variety of other ailments. ✨ Does the world spin when you move? ✨

Have you ever rolled over in bed, looked up at the washing line, or stood up too quickly… only to feel the world spin?

That sudden dizziness could be BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) - a very common cause of vertigo.

The good news is BPPV is very treatable. With the right assessment and manoeuvre to guide the crystals back into their rightful place, symptoms usually improve quickly over the following weeks.
