We understand that not everyone can attend a funeral in person. To help you stay connected and pay your respects from afar, our livestream service is available.

Please follow these simple steps:

📧 1. Request Access
Email admin@jenlesley.com.au no later than 5pm the day before the funeral to request livestream access.
✅ You will then be provided with a unique PIN.
(Alternatively, you can also contact the Family for the PIN.)

🕊️ 2. On the Day of the Funeral
Visit our website:
👉 www.burnettfunerals.com.au
✅ Go to the Funeral Notices section
✅ Find the funeral you wish to watch
✅ Select the Livestream tab
✅ Enter your PIN when prompted
📺 You will then be able to join the livestream.

LIVESTREAM REQUESTS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To help ensure smooth delivery of livestream services, we kindly ask that all livestream requests be emailed to admin@jenlesley.com.au no later than 5:00 pm the day BEFORE the funeral.

Any requests received after this time may not be processed until after the funeral, as our staff are usually onsite supporting families.

Please note:
Livestream links are often released only a day or two prior to the service. If you are expecting a link, please check your spam/junk folder, as emails can sometimes filter there.
Livestreams remain on our website for up to six (6) months following the service, so you may view them at your convenience.
