Each ENTLE session is a gentle, non-invasive experience designed to support deep rest and whole-body regulation.
Sessions run for 60-90 minutes and take place fully clothed, with no physical contact. You’ll rest comfortably while personalised sound waves and subtle vibrational patterns are delivered in alignment with your body’s current state.
An optional pre-session scan may be offered using wellness tools such as heart-rate coherence or energy field mapping, helping guide the session approach.
The experience is deeply calming, intuitive, and designed to meet your system exactly where it is.
