As 2025 comes to a close, we’re feeling incredibly grateful 💙🩷🤍

2025 brought a new HQ, new memories and big growth.

Every day we had gym sessions, gratitude journaling and coffees with the legends at .deli, key life skill learning modules, shopping runs, prepping, making and eating lunch together, and the boys fave part, cleaning.

We experienced so much as a group, we had 3 basketball teams, we went bowling, we attended live sport, watched the , the , watched and played at half time of the WNBL, attended the , we celebrated birthdays weekly, had monthly dinners at that became a highlight of every month, we took part in and raised nearly $8,000 for the and we were even on TV with and

40+ staff. Over 80 legends supported.

But the best part will always be the growth of every individual — key life skills, confidence, independence and friendships and connection that will last a lifetime.

We’re so proud of the boys, so grateful for the support of our community and what 2025 has been…

and we’re very excited for what 2026 will bring.

🎄 A very Merry Christmas from Buddiup and the boys 🎄

On this Christmas Eve, we want to wish everyone a very merry, happy, safe and fun Christmas — with whoever you’re choosing to spend it with, and wherever you’re choosing to spend it.

Thank you to our boys, their families, our mentors and everyone who has supported Buddiup this year. The trust, encouragement and belief you place in us is never taken for granted.

Enjoy the break, soak up the special moments, and we can’t wait to see you all in the new year 💙

The Friday crew finishing up the final Step Up program for 2025.

We want to thank everyone who has been a part of our programs this year. To our boys — we are so incredibly proud of the effort you’ve put in, the progress you’ve made toward your goals, and the skills, friendships and connections you’ve built along the way 💪🤝

We also want to sincerely thank our families, supporters, businesses, allied health professionals, and everyone who has supported us and the wider Buddiup community throughout 2025. Your trust, encouragement, and belief in what we do means more to us than we can ever properly put into words ❤️

It’s now time for a well-earned break, but we’ll be back on January 5th, ready to kickstart 2026 and build on the skills learned, friendships grown, and the fun had 🎉🚀

Today we celebrate International Day of People with Disability, and we do it with the best cupcakes by !

We celebrate everyone who lives, shows, and embraces life, and who helps create a world where true inclusion is possible.

“Fostering disability-inclusive societies for advancing social progress.” is this years theme.

This theme reminds us that we all have a role to play in removing barriers, creating opportunities, and making sure everyone can fully participate in all parts of life.

Thank you to the Geelong community and local businesses who continue to open doors and support inclusion. Let’s keep building a society where everyone belongs and everyone gets the same opportunity to live their best life!

A huge thank you to the for organising tickets for a group of our Buddiup boys to attend this weekend. Once again, our community steps up to create opportunities for new experiences — and if you’ve ever been to QMF, you know just how special this one is.

We are incredibly grateful for your support. The boys are pumped to rock out to some amazing local bands, including (great friends of Buddiup), and to enjoy a day filled with music, connection, and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time.

If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, get down to QMF — you won’t be disappointed. 🎶💛

Celebrating birthdays is the best — and there’s so much we loved about this one! 🎉

The boys started off the birthday song slow but finished REALLY strong!

The fact that Nate wasn’t even in Buddiup but still chose to come in and celebrate with cake and donuts for his mates absolutely fills us with pride and joy. 💙🩷

This is exactly what our program is all about — connection, belonging, and genuine friendships.

The singing, the smiles, the joy, the birthday wish at the end… pure magic. ✨

We hope all of Nate’s wishes come true.
Birthdays are the best — especially when you’ve got your mates beside you. 🎂
