This is the best 🖤🤍

Last night saw the and the All Abilities cricket teams go head to head in perfect conditions.

From the first meeting we had with North Geelong we knew we wanted to be involved and get behind them. The room was full of passionate people who didn’t just want to start a team, they wanted to make a real difference.

This photo shows a whole club getting behind their players and creating opportunities. Last week we witnessed some of the players running water for the seniors, setting up grounds, helping (and learning) behind the bar and in the kitchen. That’s what happens when a club truly embraces a program like this.

Huge credit to North Geelong Cricket Club, the army of volunteers and the leaders who made it happen. And to who continues to give so much to this community.l as a coach and a supporter.

Also a big shoutout to St Joeys who had an incredible group of supporters, coaches, volunteers there and continue to run a fantastic programs.

Last night was a celebration of how far the players have come, not just in cricket, but in confidence, friendships and belonging

👋 Introducing the incredible leader who will launch Sisterup Geelong…

Meet Rachael Partridge.

As Program Lead, Rachael will lead the team, shape the culture and support the growth of every young woman who walks through our doors… ensuring they feel empowered to reach their goals!

With 16 years teaching in Special Education, 2 years as a Disability Inclusion Specialist and a Master’s degree, Rachael brings deep professional experience supporting young people with disability, their families and communities to thrive.

But beyond qualifications, she brings something even more powerful… a lifetime of lived experience that has shaped her understanding, empathy and purpose.

Sisterup is built around everything she believes in:
Health.
Relationships.
Community.
Learning.

All working together to build confidence, independence and genuine social connection.

For Rachael, this is more than just a role.

Not only will her knowledge and experience help to shape Sisterup Geelong, it will continue to elevate everything we do across both Sisterup and Buddiup, ensuring our programs remain inclusive for all individuals.

We are so excited for what’s ahead💗

Let’s give Rachael a warm welcome.

Presentation night for All Abilities team last night 🖤🤍

We are so proud to sponsor and support such an incredible program. A club that genuinely embraces inclusion, backed by amazing coaches and volunteers who give their time, energy and heart every single week.

The smiles.
The skill progression.
The confidence growth.
The friendships being built.
The way the whole club gets around the team.

It all brings a massive smile to our faces.

Get down to North Geelong at 5pm next week to watch the final game of the year vs St Joeys!!
