Amazing job Riddick! 👏👏👏

Wow what a special story, we are so glad to have Riddick and Sway as part of the team at Maudcare. The impact they have made on our staff and participants is immeasurable. The effect animals can have on the emotional well being of us humans and the ability they have to help break down social barriers is truely amazing.

Also super cool to be featured on the NDIS website!!

🎄What a fantastic way to wrap up another amazing year for the Inclusive Wellbeing team!

Very excited to welcome back Emma to the Support Coordination team 🙌🙌🙌

Meet Emma 🥰

Emma has 8 years’ of experience in the disability sector delivering flexible, person-centred support.
She gains tremendous satisfaction from being able to help others and has a passion for improving the quality of life of people who have experienced a range of challenges.
Emma’s strengths are working with young people, providing support with their transitions into various
adult settings.
Emma is currently completing a Bachelor of Social Work at Deakin University. In her spare time, she values quality time with her family and friends, her two little boys, and her old sausage dog Floyd.
Emma enjoys live music, delicious food, and travelling to experience new places and cultures.

Meet Sarah! 🙌

With five years in the disability sector and four in the broader community sector, Sarah is dedicated to making a positive impact on those she supports. She is passionate about helping individuals in complex situations where multiple systems intersect, providing the extra support needed to navigate these challenges.

When she's not working, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son, and their playful puppy. Whether it's exploring the great outdoors, tending to her garden, visiting local markets, or enjoying a relaxing weekend getaway, Sarah values the time spent with her loved ones.

She is also dedicated to her own continuous learning and growth and is close to completing her Bachelor of Criminology and Sociology.
