We love our coffee, but as your allied health team, we also love talking about how to optimise its benefits!
Beyond the energy boost, caffeine is linked to several health benefits, but balancing your intake is key:
🏃Performance Power: Caffeine is a known performance enhancer! It can help improve endurance and reduce perceived effort during exercise, making that morning workout feel a little easier.
🧠Cognitive Edge: It can increase alertness, attention, and reaction time, helping you stay sharp for work or for safer movement patterns.
