To be honest, I was a total skeptic about breathwork at first. But the moment I finally gave it a real chance, everything shifted for me.
It started a journey of self-discovery I didn’t even know I needed. For a long time, I struggled with feeling stuck and suppressing my emotions, and I realized I was missing a huge piece of the puzzle: self-love.
Through this practice, I finally learned how to actually feel and process my emotions instead of just pushing them down. It gave me the confidence to stop playing small and start stepping out of my comfort zone in ways I never thought possible.
I became a Breathwork Facilitator because I want to show others that you don’t have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to breathe. My goal is to help everyday people—skeptics included—reconnect with themselves, build genuine confidence, and finally feel at home in their own skin.
