We have a beautiful new book in the studio 🤍

When I Look Up at My Mum I See by Tao Kroesche

Tao is a local author, facilitator, coach and feminist, who created this book from a desire to open more meaningful conversations with our children about who we are as women, not just what we do as mothers.

“When I look up at my Mum I see…
how brave she is, using her voice courageously.”

Through real images of women and thoughtful, open-ended words, this book invites connection, curiosity and reflection.

It gently reminds us that our worth is not measured by how much we give, but by who we are.

And when we stand in that, we show our children they can do the same.

A beautiful little treasure to gift a Mum and share together 🤍

Meet the Practitioner – Paula

From May 10th, we welcome the beautiful Paula into Room 2 every second Sunday of the month 🤍

Paula has been part of the Pure Wonder space since January, bringing such a kind, empathetic and grounded energy to all that she offers. She is a beautiful support within our community, and we truly value the calm and wisdom she brings into the space.

Paula is an Energy Healer and Emotional Alchemist, creating intuitive, nurturing spaces for rest, release and realignment.

Her work is for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves beneath the noise, offering a gentle approach that is less about doing and more about allowing.

Through intuitive energy healing, aura cleansing and the use of flower essences, Paula supports emotional release, clarity and a soft return to self.

As the founder of Luminar Elixir Flower Essences, she weaves her own creations into her sessions, supporting deeper emotional balance and energetic alignment.

Paula’s sessions are subtle yet powerful, guided by intuition, sound and intention. She creates a space where the body can exhale, the mind can slow and the nervous system can settle.

Alongside her one-on-one sessions, Paula also facilitates monthly Meditation & Energy Healing classes at the studio, offering a consistent space for connection, restoration and support.

You’ll find Paula in the studio every second Sunday, holding space in her own quiet and powerful way.

Meet the Practitioner – Chloe

You might know me as the face behind Pure Wonder Soul Studio but this work is also deeply personal to me 🤍
I am the founder of The Grounded Soul Space, where I offer holistic counselling and Childosophy sessions for women, mothers and children.

This work didn’t come from nowhere.

It comes from my own experience, my own moments of feeling overwhelmed, of trying to navigate emotions, motherhood and life.

And learning that sometime, we’re not meant to do it all on our own.

I feel so grateful to now hold space for others as they move through their own experiences.

The heavy emotions, the uncertainty, the moments that can feel hard to sit with.

Not to fix, but to gently support, to understand and to find a way through.

So that you can feel a little lighter and more connected to yourself again.

Within the studio, I also work with children through interactive emotional wellbeing sessions. Supporting children to understand their feelings, feel safe in their bodies, and express themselves in their own way.

And during the school holidays, I run children’s workshops, creating spaces for connection, confidence and belonging.

You’ll find me in the studio Tuesday to Friday, with counselling sessions available Tuesdays and Wednesday mornings (in person and via Zoom).

This work means a lot to me and I feel really honoured to be able to hold it here 🌼

Those who follow along know… Sundays are one of my favourite days 🤍

A day where I slow down, drink my tea,
reflect on the week that’s been and gently set intentions for the week ahead.

Today felt especially nourishing.

A walk with a friend, time spent with other beautiful souls, a phone call that filled my cup and now ending the day with cuddles on the couch and dinner with my family.

It’s in these moments… the simple, connected ones… that I feel most grounded.

A beautiful way to close the week.

On Saturdays and Mondays, we welcome the beautiful Kylie from Soul and Moonlight into the Pure Wonder space 🤍

Kylie offers intuitive, heart-led sessions that gently support you to reconnect with yourself, your energy and your inner guidance.

Her work weaves together Japanese Reiki, intuitive tarot, chakra alignment and crystal healing, creating sessions that feel both grounding and deeply insightful.

Trained in the Usui Reiki tradition, Kylie has also travelled to Mount Kurama in Japan, the birthplace of Reiki deepening her connection to this practice and its traditional roots.

Kylie naturally works through her intuitive senses, often feeling and receiving insights that she shares with care, always guided by what feels right for each person.

With a strong focus on empowerment, her sessions are not about telling you what to do… but supporting you to trust yourself.

To feel clearer.
More connected.
And more confident in your path.

Kylie also offers intuitive development sessions and longer mentorship containers for those wanting to explore their intuition, healing and manifestation more deeply.

Her approach is warm, down to earth, and deeply supportive, meeting you exactly where you are.

You’ll find Kylie in the studio on Saturdays and Mondays, as well as offering occasional group sessions.
