END OF YEAR CAN LOOK โ€œFESTIVEโ€ ON THE OUTSIDEโ€ฆ and feel very different on the inside.

You might find yourself tearing up in a massage, feeling on edge for no obvious reason, or crying in the car after another โ€œnormalโ€ day.

That doesnโ€™t mean youโ€™re falling apart.

It usually means your system has run out of storage space. All the little stresses, expectations, family dynamics and โ€œbe okayโ€ smiles land somewhere - often in the body.
