NOTICING WHAT YOUR BODY CAN’T SAY OUT LOUD // Dysregulation doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes, it’s subtle. Familiar. Easy to miss. Here’s how it might be showing up:

💭 Struggling to fall or stay asleep
💭 Feeling foggy or zoned out in daily tasks
