Happy New year friends , I know 2024 was a tough year for alot of people so I'm going to put extra effort into being there for everyone and help out as much as I can! I'm going to be in Fernie skiing alot for the next month and a half until I head back to Aus for a while so come see me and we will go for a rip or lets do some yoga .spirit.studio

Well, big brother government has told us it's safe to go back in studios this week.! What a relief,
after another three months of zoom I'm ready 😂

I'm challenging myself each day to write a few things I'm grateful for. I'm really noticing how POWERFUL that small task is to improving the way you think! ✈️
Lockdowns have been rough in so many diff ways, but writing everyday really makes you step back and realize how lucky we are to live in a place like this. Wonderful people, peaceful streets, beautiful nature and enough food to go around. Not mention summer is around the corner while a tough winter is coming for so many. I challenge you guys to write just 5 things everyday and get back to me👋
