Spiritual rehab
I ask everyone who enters my doors “why are you here today”.
Some don’t know, some want guidance, most feel out of balance, but I had the most creative response this week.
“Why are you here?”
“Spiritual rehab” they said.
There’s no right or wrong answers here but I thought this one was so interesting.

We all feel so much better when we’re aligned and balanced. When we connect back in to our selves and our intuition.
When we fill our cup and treat ourselves with kindness and humility. A change of mindset, a reset, a shake up.
So in a world where nothing is defined I’m
defining it…

Spiritual Rehab: A treatment of which a person is fascilitated in connecting with their spirituality and higher self while being removed temporarily from the daily grind.

I’m here for it!
