Room available now!! You may have seen the sneak peeks, but now it’s official! We’re so excited to officially launch our new SDA/SIL home in Clyde!

The room you’re seeing is available now, and opportunities like this are incredibly rare. This is the final room in this home and will be offered on a first in, best dressed basis. Once it’s filled, this home won’t be available again - the girls who live here have truly found their forever place 🩷🩷🩷

This is an all-girl home, with two beautiful young women who have just moved in and are looking for a third girlie to share their space. The room has been created as a safe, calm, paradise-like haven for one very lucky person seeking supported independent living.

If you follow CoCo, you’ll know we stay deliberately boutique. Every home we create is different. This one has been over a year in the making, with an enormous amount of thought, care, and intention poured into every detail.
