The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower network is a global movement that supports people living with non-visible disabilities by providing a simple, discreet way to signal that they may need extra support, time or understanding.

The Sunflower symbol helps us to continue to foster an environment where people can feel seen and supported.

We are excited to announce that Step 2 Allied Health has been awarded the TAC Best Client Outcomes Grant Program!

This funding will help us develop new guidelines for clients experiencing driving-related anxiety.

We’re proud to be supporting injured Victorians returning to driving along side our fellow nominees Alfred Health, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, The Community Doctor and Epworth HealthCare.

Kat has joined the Step 2 Allied Health team as a Behaviour Support Practitioner 🤩

She holds a Master of Social Work, First-Class Honours in Psychological Science, as well as a Bachelor of Criminology and Psychological Science (Distinction)— all from

Kat’s approach is person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed. She focuses on building supportive environments and practical, everyday strategies!

We’re taking a short break over the holidays to re-charge and relax!
