Participant spotlight: We have been supporting Grace for over 4 months now and she continues to thrive. With tailored supports and a consistent team in place, Grace is meeting her goals and building capacity. Grace enjoys getting out in the community, cooking, attending programs and going on nature walks. Grace also works part time which enables her to build confidence and maximise independence. Grace always has a smile on her face and is an absolute pleasure to work alongside, we are grateful to be supporting her. 🩷

Meet Amy! Community Support Worker at All in One. Amy specialises in providing mental health supports. Amy has worked extensively in disability and early education as a teacher's aide and providing education support to young people. Amy brings a natural warmth, vibrance and a positive attitude to our team and is certainly a welcomed addition. Amy is also passionate about trauma informed care and integrates this in her practice. Outside of work Amy enjoys spending time with friends and family, dance and going to the cinemas. 🩷

Participant spotlight: We have been supporting Sonny for almost 4 years now and he continues to go from strength to strength. With tailored supports and a consistent team around him, Sonny is meeting his goals and build his capacity. Sonny enjoys going on day trips, getting out in the community, and staying active. Sonny is also enjoys catching the train which enables him to build his confidence around others and increase his independence. Sonny always has a smile on his face and enjoys trying new things. Sonny is an absolute pleasure to work alongside, and we are grateful to be supporting him. 💙
