Meet Marnie! Community Support Worker at All in One. Marnie comes to All in One with extensive customer service experience. Marnie also holds a Certificate III in Individual Support. Marnie is highly motivated and has the proven ability to make genuine and therapeutic connections with the people she works alongside very quickly. Marnie is naturally calm and down to earth, always smiling and willing to help anyone, making her a great addition to our team. Outside of work Marnie enjoys going for walks, a good cup of coffee and spending time with friends and family. 🩷

Meet Georgia! Community Support Worker at All in One. Georgia comes to All in One with extensive experience in Aged Care and Disability. Georgia's experience allows her to navigate complex situations with ease while, always implementing a strengths-based approach with the people she works alongside. Georgia is passionate about supporting others to meet their needs and goals. She does this through establishing trust, building rapport and finding innovative ways to ensure positive outcomes are always met. Outside of work Georgia enjoys going to the gym, pilates, exploring new places and spending time with family and friends. 🩷

Recently, we were asked to provide an end of lease clean at 1 day notice, we were happy to accommodate and put supports in place. Our team jumped into action and cleaned the entire home leaving it fresh and new again. A massive thank you to Ryan, Montana, Ben, and Marianne for all your hard work! 🏠💙

Housing spotlight: Leiza had been sleeping rough and without supports for a long period of time. She recently came into our office and shared her story with us and decided to engage All in One. That same day we were able to effectively put supports in place and source her permanent housing through the team at Geelong Supported Living. Leiza is now moving forward, meeting her goals, and flourishing with a fresh start which is amazing to see. Leiza is a pleasure to work alongside, and we are humbled to have contributed to this sustainable outcome. Massive shoutout to Kylie and Brock at Geelong Supported Living for giving Leiza this opportunity and continuing to make a positive impact in the Geelong community. 🏠🩷

Meet our leaders! Maddy is the Service Delivery Manager at All in One and is responsible for overseeing our community support worker team, intake, and onboarding. Maddy is a professional all-rounder always finding new and innovative ways to improve the flow of operations and streamlining day to day processes within her team. Maddy is passionate about helping others, this shines through when liaising with participants, staff, and stakeholders. Maddy has worked extensively in aged care, corporate administration, and disability. 🩷

Marianne also holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health & AOD. Marianne is a bundle of positive energy and shines when working alongside people, making her a welcome addition to our team. Marianne's easy-going nature is met by a high level of knowledge which enables her to work therapeutically in supporting the goals and needs of participants. Outside of work Marianne enjoys cooking, dancing, exercise, and spending time with family and friends. 🩷
