Max is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and build capacity. Max is an excellent communicator, genuine, and very down to earth. Max shines when working one on one with participants and can naturally make lasting connections that have a positive impact. Outside of work Max enjoys watching the NFL, spending time with friends, going to the gym and enjoying a good steak. 💙

Meet Leilani! Community Support Worker at All in One. Leilani comes to All in One having previously been in a management role in the fitness sector and has worked extensively with young people as an Education Support Officer at a Secondary School. Leilani brings a natural calmness, and a positive attitude to our team while, having the ability to make meaningful connections with people quickly. Leilani is passionate about empowering participants to help achieve their goals and meet their needs. Outside of work Leilani enjoys being active and going to the gym, listening to music, spending time with friends, and is excited to be travelling to Europe next year. 🩷

Our office will be closed from Monday December 22 and re-open on Monday January 5, 2026. A friendly reminder, we will continue to provide supports as normal over the Christmas + New Years period. Our intake will remain open to new referrals, with same day allocation of supports. We continue to remain responsive, practical, and consistent while, ensuring we are delivering the highest standard of supports possible.
