We’re excited to welcome Lily to the Function Focus Allied Health team as an Occupational Therapist 👋

Lily brings experience working with children in school-based settings, as well as in adult sub-acute and community-based hospital environments. She is passionate about supporting children and their families to improve overall wellbeing through client-centred practice that builds independence and helps clients reach their full potential.

Lily is committed to ongoing learning and growth to ensure she provides the best possible support to clients and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, cooking sweet treats, watching TV shows, and spending time with friends and family 💛

We’re excited to welcome Sarah to the Function Focus Allied Health team as an Occupational Therapist 👋

Sarah is passionate about supporting children and their families through strengths-based, individualised therapy that is engaging, fun and tailored to each child. She brings experience supporting children with a range of emotional and behavioural needs and values building strong, collaborative relationships so families feel heard and supported.

Sarah is committed to creating a safe, inclusive and positive therapy environment where children can be their authentic selves and work towards meaningful goals. Outside of work, she enjoys beach time, connecting with loved ones, and hanging out with her Labrador, Bruno 🐾

🎄 Function Focus Allied Health Christmas Celebration 🎄

So grateful to celebrate the festive season with such an incredible, supportive, and genuinely cohesive team. It was wonderful to spend time together yesterday celebrating the year that was and reflecting on everything we’ve achieved as a team.

It has been an absolute pleasure to be a part of Function Focus Allied Health and to work alongside such passionate, dedicated, and values-driven colleagues (and co). The work we do isn’t always easy, but having a team like this makes it incredibly rewarding.

Thank you all for the collaboration, care, laughs, and commitment you bring every day, to each other and to the people we support. As we wrap up the year, we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together and excited for what’s ahead.

Looking forward to another big year in 2026, with big plans, new goals, and continued growth as a team. Wishing everyone a safe, restful, and joyful Christmas and New Year 🎄✨

At our core, we’re all about helping others live their best, most independent lives. Every day, we get to support people in achieving their goals, big and small, and that’s something we’re truly passionate about.
