BEGINNERS SEWING
(All ages, 12 and under need a parent guardian present)
12:30-2:30, $280 for the term.
Casual classes may be available depending how many spaces ($40 per class)

SEWING and beginners PATTERN MAKING (13+)
3pm-5pm $280 for the term.
Casual classes may be available depending how many spaces ($40 per class)

PATTERN MAKING (for experienced sewers 16+) 6-9pm, $400 for the term.
Casual classes may be available depending how many spaces ($60 per class)

Small class sizes

All activities are tailored to meet the needs and desires of each student.

Holistic Counselling

It is important in the healing journey to have a safe and connective relationship between client and therapist. Especially in times when the world is in such a split over beliefs/opinions/facts. Often it can be frustrating to have to pay big $$ to see someone that you have no idea if you are going to resonate with, so I am offering a chance to meet and have a chat with me and get a feel for what holistic counselling is about for free.

What is holistic counselling?
It is a mixture of psychological, physiological and spiritual healing techniques centred around counselling. Looking at your life and wellbeing from a holistic perspective

It is completely tailored to suit each individual clients needs.

Unlike some spiritual healing and energy healing techniques that want you to get out of your 'stories' (no judgement, there's a time and place for that too), Holistic Counselling is a little different.

I am hear (yes I 'spelled' that way on purpose) to listen with interest and hold space for the parts of you that want to talk it out. Often our wounded parts or shadow aspects' need this type of communication to establish a sense of safety and trust before we can move into making shifts.

After all these parts were created to be our protectors in a time when we didn't know how else to cope with life.
