Myers Street Family Medical Practice would like to welcome Dr Vithu Yoganandarajah to the team.
Dr Vithu is a GP registrar based in Geelong. She grew up in New Zealand and completed her medical degree at the University of Otago, graduating with distinction. After completing her internship in New Zealand, she relocated to Melbourne to continue her medical training.
Dr Vithu has a broad range of hospital experience, having worked primarily at The Alfred, as well as undertaking locum roles across regional Victoria. Her clinical background includes Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Plastics and Burns, Intensive Care, and General Medicine. This diverse experience informs her holistic and thorough approach to patient care.
Outside of work, Dr Vithu enjoys spending time with her young family, baking, and exploring all that Victoria has to offer. Dr Vithu has available appointments and bookings can be made through Hot Doc or by calling the practice on 03 5229 5192

Dr. Michael Woodburn is a GP Registrar based in Geelong with a strong background in Emergency Medicine. He enjoys the variety of General Practice, with a special interest in skin cancer medicine and performing minor surgeries. Dr. Michael Mikhail moved from Toronto, Canada in 2018 and has been practicing in regional Victoria. With a strong interest in occupational health, weight loss management, mental health, and chronic disease management , Dr Mikhail works collaboratively with patients to achieve sustainable long term health outcomes. Known for a compassionate and non-judgemental approach, Dr Mikhail takes the time to listen, understand and support patients at every stage of their health journey.

Outside of medicine he enjoys fishing, aquarium hobby, video gaming and spending time with family.

Myers Street Family Medical Practice would like to welcome our new GP Dr William Rieger to the team.
Dr Rieger qualified in South Africa and emigrated to Australia in 1998.
He has worked in General Practice in a rural area for over 25 years and has moved to Geelong to be closer to his grandchildren.
Dr Reiger has additional qualifications in skin cancer and skin conditions and has a special interest in men's health and chronic disease management.
In his spare time he enjoys hiking, playing golf and bird watching.
