It usually involves calorie restriction and instills a sense of, or view that the specialists in this area sit on pedestals proclaiming a 100% healthy diet and exercise are the only answer to weight loss or to be healthy.
Real life is your life, and let's be honest here, you just want to live daily life and feel well.
