For international yoga day, we will be sharing a very special free Hatha yoga class.
Our class will be special for two reasons. All around the world people will be Practicing yoga with the idea of Yoga for humanity. You really just might feel the power of a shared global intention for love and peace. There is no better way to receive this love than to greet it in and send it back out.
